Stress Management Classes



For patients who need to manage their stress, control their pain, boost their immune system or decrease their medical symptoms.
  • These classes will help patients:
  • Learn to relax
  • Live a balanced life
  • Manage their health problems
  • Express their feelings
  • Enjoy life more



Topics include
: deep breathing, guided imagery, meditation,
muscle relaxation, changing the way you think, getting better sleep, and balancing your life.

Classes are 2 hours per week for 8 weeks.
