Hope in the Community

In this issue of the Hope Scope, we look at our role in the community. When we ask people what is meant by “community” we encounter a myriad of answers – some identify geographic boundaries (for example, Decatur, Midtown), to others it may be relational (research-oriented, faith-based, and volunteer communities), or even sociodemographic (college students), and many embrace the importance of community within Atlanta’s multiple ethnic cultures. However it is defined, the relevance of The Hope Clinic within community - to serve the community - is of utmost importance to us.
