Storage, retrieval, and reporting software for renal sonography

This software is based on the renal ultrasonography database used in the Renal Division at Emory University. It stores ultrasound results in a searchable database and automatically generates reports and billing sheets. The forms can be customized to include the name of your practice, program, or hospital. Most of the data can be entered from pop-up menus and these menus can also be edited to fit your needs. Other features include:

• separate report forms for native and transplanted kidneys
• separate report forms for biopsy guidance and for bladder
• separate combined report forms for bladder + kidneys
• separate combined report forms for diagnostic and biopsy guidance
• quick retrieval system for patients' previous studies

 Requirements

• stand-alone application; requires no additional software
• runs on any Windows or Macintosh platform
• ZIP drive, CD writer, or network connection required (for backing up database)
