Communities are our special interest groups for faculty who want to connect with others who have similar interests. Each of our three Communities, Clinical Excellence, Research and Education, provide skill building workshops, networking sessions and opportunities to participate in planning future Community efforts. Learn more below and check out each of the Community pages for information on Community-specific happenings!
Communities provide a unique opportunity to become more involved in your department, supplying forums for leadership, communication, and education. They foster personal and professional development and afford collaboration and networking. Joining a Community provides the gateway to involvement in our department.
The structure of each Community includes a chair, steering committee, staff liaison, and general membership. Each Community is represented on the main Faculty Development Committee as well.
Join anytime – it takes only a moment to get connected to YOUR Community.
